The heat exchanger enables recovery heat
dispersed into the atmosphere from combustion fumes of
industrial heaters or from other hot fluids.
As the fumes traverse the tubes
upwards, they yield heat to the crossed-air flow
generated by the helical fan and are diffused into the
environment via the front opening. The
operating temperature is not less than 180° C and is
controlled by a minimum thermostat to prevent the
formation of condensate in the chimney flue.
Given the
saving in fuel that can be obtained in heating
industrial premises, an estimate indicates that the
investment in an "ECONOMIZER", can be recovered in
approximately two months.
